Precise Home Inspections was incorporated in 1994 and founded by Joel Schachter, PE. As an aerospace engineer for over thirty years, Joel has honed his knowledge of structures, electronics, and quality control and safety requirements. He is a member of no less than five professional organizations and holds a Home Inspectors license in New York (13633) as well as Professional Engineering Licenses in: Pennsylvania (048089R), New York (051267) and Connecticut (20292). Joel is also a HUD inspector (R563 and a HUD 203K consultant (P1676). He also specializes in Forensic Engineering and Commercial Building Inspections.
